We accept Mastercard, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit and Visa Electron for secure online payments.

Delivery

We currently only accept orders from UK customers. Unfortunately we cannot process international or worldwide orders.

All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability.

We will endeavour to dispatch items which are in-stock within 5 working days (Monday-Friday). Items which need to be ordered into stock may take up to 28 days to be dispatched. If your item is out of stock you will be notified by a member of the team as soon as possible and an estimated date of dispatch will be given.

Please note that full room packages are made to order and may take up to 4-6 weeks to be manufactured and delivered.

Sensorykraft will not be responsible for any customs or import charges incurred.

Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Small Items - UK Royal Mail First Class - £2.95
• General Items - UK Royal Mail First Class - £5.00
• Large Items - UK Courier Service - £18.00
• Extra Large Items - UK Courier Service - £50.00
