Returns & Cancellations
Our returns policy relates to items bought directly through our website.
For all other items, please refer to our terms and conditions.
All items will be checked prior to despatch. In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged/faulty, a full refund will be issued once the item has been returned to us.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) within 10 working days from the day after you receive your goods.
As stated above notification of cancellation must be in writing, a telephone call is not a valid cancellation.
If you do wish to return your item; please package the item in its original packing including any accessories, manuals, and warranties.
Include your order number and full delivery details. You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
Return to the Sensorykraft head office address stated below. We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you. We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us. Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product.
Cancel an order
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation as soon as possible after the order has been placed. Such notice may be given by contacting us by phone or email.
In the event that your order has already been dispatched prior to your attempted cancellation, you will be required to adhere to the instructions within our returns policy- the item will then be processed as a returned item rather than a cancellation. Any postage fees incurred will not be the responsibility of Sensorykraft.
